Pirate Hunters by If you are hunting for a good book hunt no more just pick up Pirate Hunters by Robert Kurson. This book is more than just hunting for a pirate ship it is a way to learn more about Pirates and the Golden Age as well as the people who hunt for their treasure and wreckage. All I can say is WOW!

This is a journey of two men John Chatterton and John Mattera who have a love of history and finding more about the history of a dive besides the treasure. It takes us through their struggles in methods for searching as well as how they came to be looking for the pirate and his ship. This book is more than just a search for treasure and a pirate ship it also gives you an understanding and a glimpse into the pirate Joseph Bannister and what made him become a great pirate. When you are finished with this book you will see that there is more to the man and his strategies and learn more about the true pirate ways. This book is a journey that keeps you reading and wanting to know more. I loved learning how they go about doing all their research and the drive of finding out more and holding a piece of history as well as making a name for themselves in history,. This is a book that anyone who likes history, is intrigued by the age of pirates or wants to know more about the search for sunken ships and the men who search for them, then you must read this book. 5 Stars for The Presence Experiencing More of God by Alec Rowlands

The Presence Experiencing More of God by Alec Rowland is a wonderful book to add to your library. It leads you into becoming more close with God and to have a abundant experience and not just an acquaintance with God.
This book helps you to walk close to God. It is written in a way that is easy to follow and is a good one to read over and over. There is a difference between knowing God and having a relationship with God. Alec Rowland tells us how he came to espe3rience and get to know and have a relationship with God and with telling us his story he helps us to see just how we too can experience and know God.

I found that this book challenged me to renew my walk with God and to want to delve more into learning and experiencing all God has for me. It was such a great reminder of God's love and commitment to us as His children and how we should be walking and letting Him lead us in everything in our life.

I would highly recommend this book to those who want to grow in there faith and to experience God and what He has for their life's too.

Exciting Twist on History and Legend

Sleepy Hollow Children of the Revolution by Keith R. A. DeCandido is a unique and interesting look at the legend of Sleepy Hollow and of history.

Ichabod Crane has come back from the dead and finds himself in modern day Sleepy Hollow working with Abbie against evil and demons. Ichabod is told in a vision from his wife Katrina he must find his Congressional Cross that he received for bravery but the kicker is he died before he received it. Abbie and Ichabod have to fight the evil to find and retrieve it and stay alive.
The way the author intertwines the legend of Crane and Sleepy Hollow with the history of the American Revolution makes a fantastic unusual story. This book is based on the TV show Sleepy Hollow and I have to say when I was reading it I could hear and see the image and voice of the actors that play Abbie and Ichabod in the show. This book is a great way to enhance your enjoyment of the TV show while keeping you guessing and on the edge of your seat while reading it. If you are a fan of the TV show, like history and are interested in the old legends then you will enjoy how these are all mixed together in this book.

I enjoyed this book and am a fan of the TV show so I think this book adds to the story. It moves along and isn't too dark either. I would recommend this book to those who like a twist on history and the Legend of Sleepy Hollow as well as those who like a good different story.
